How to use:
Please complete the form answering all questions honestly and thoroughly.
You can run for up to 2 different director positions.
Please ensure that you are eligible to be considered for an executive board position and that you are enrolled in at least 9 credit hours and that you have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.

General Director Responsibilities:
Shall attend all Executive Board and General board meetings.
Have one-on-ones with the graduate assistant
Must participate in tabling events throughout the year
Shall attempt to attend all of their own events as well as other committees' events
Should support the event of other committees
Must attend and help Trick-or-Treat Loyola, Masquerade Event, and Colossus
Shall hold regular committee meetings
Plan events one semester in advance as much as possible
Must setup a ((dop)) table advertising other events and the organization at all on-campus ((dop)) events
Must maintain contact with other Executive Board members and staff throughout the summer
All directors should abide by the descriptions below for their requirements.
Must regularly communicate with the ED
Must attend summer retreat
Will continuously promote and develop ((dop)) as a brand & organization.
Assist with ((dop)) Board transition training for new ((dop)) Board members before the end of every Spring semester
Other duties as assigned
You will then schedule an interview with the Graduate Intern and the Executive Director between March 29th-April 1st
The voting is broken down between the current Executive Board, the Grad Assistant and current Executive Director, and the General Board
You will need to give a 3-5 minute speech to the General Board members during a meeting on April 13th in Damen Room 215 on at 7:30.
The speech allows you to share with them more about who you are, why you want to be a director, and why you should be elected for the committees you are running for.
A poll via LUCentral will be sent out to the General Board members after the meeting on April 13th for them to cast their vote.
Once the graduate intern, executive director, current executive board, and general board members share their suggestions a new executive board will be announced by April 28th
