((dop)) and Damen Student Center at Loyola University Chicago regret to inform you that Ke$ha has cancelled her March 14th, 2014 performance at Gentile Arena.

In a statement released earlier today: “I was so looking forward to performing at these dates but I need to follow my Doctor's advice and get my health back on track. All of your support during this time has been so amazing. I couldn’t have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour." Ke$ha regrets to inform her fans that she must postpone her previously scheduled March & April tour dates. Ke$ha has made the decision to remain committed to her ongoing treatment and will not be able to perform at the previously announced headlining shows.

We fully support and applaud her decision to prioritize her health and wellbeing. Of course, like many of you, we are very disappointed in having to change our Colossus line up after such an exciting reveal and such unprecedented ticket sales. We are currently arranging for an alternative date in October where we will honor all current Ke$ha ticket purchases and are exploring our options for a Colossus replacement for this spring. Those who bought tickets will be contacted via email regarding rescheduling and refunding options.

We are currently moving forward with our comedian, Mike Birbiglia and tickets for his show on 3.15.14 can be purchased at www.luc.edu/colossus

Please contact Leslie Watland at lwatland@luc.edu for questions.
