OrgSync is an online management system used by LUC to streamline the student organization experience. Each Loyola student should individually register for OrgSync when they first arrive to campus. Once individually registered, students can connect with the online portals for student organizations (and some departments) on campus.
All active student organizations have access to an OrgSync portal and all of the capabilities that OrgSync has to offer. To be an active student organization, organizations must annually renew registration prior to the July 31st deadline.

Follow these simple steps to get started with OrgSync!
OrgSync is your gateway to involvement in student organizations. OrgSync was designed to be a one stop shop for RSOs handling everything from communicating with members to housing your organization's photo year book. OrgSync has the ability to do the following:
- Website Creation
- Roster List
- Communication to Members
- Wall Postings
- Discussion Boards
- File/Photo Storage
- Alumni Management
- Form Submission
- Communication to other organizations
- Activity Management
- Transitions Assistance
All RSOs are required to actively maintain and utilize their OrgSync accounts. All communication from SAGA to RSOs will be done through OrgSync. All SAGA forms are housed and can be accessed via OrgSync. RSOs are required to keep an up-to-date contact list of officers on their OrgSync page, as well as, up-to-date meeting times and other activities. Everything from starting an organization to the organization re-registration process is done via OrgSync.
Annual Registration Renewal
Here are the two registration renewal steps, once you're logged in as an Admin on your organization's OrgSync portal:
1) Click "People" in the left task bar > "All People" > "Administrators". There you will see (potentially former) e-board members. In this section, you should populate the students who will be on your organization's e-board next year.
You can do this by searching from "All People", click a new e-board members name, click "Manage" on the right, and check the "Administrators" line. Please also list what their title will be by clicking "Enter a title" on the right.
To remove any old e-board members, click their name and then "Manage" and un-check "Administrators".
2) Click "Settings" in the left task bar. This populates the first page of your profile information renewal. There will be a number of pages that you will need to update and then click "Next". The form will indicate when you have completed renewal. Important components here are: accurate contact info for the new e-board, uploading updated constitution/organization roster, and listing your advisor's information correctly.
OrgSync houses 99% of the forms that RSOs are required to use. Forms can be accessed and submitted via OrgSync. For more information about the forms that are available on OrgSync please see the Forms section.
Organizations can design and maintain their organization website via OrgSync. The user can control everything from the layout and design to your webpage’s URL. OrgSync allows for complete customization of your organization’s website.
